Medical Centre

St Edward is glad to share that it will be committing to the safeguarding of a new medical centre for the entire community to use. Discussions are ongoing with Guildford Borough Council and the Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group as to when, where and how the medical centre will operate.

Ground Floor Uses

The ground floor commercial space has been curated for maximum flexibility. Whilst the occupiers are not required to be specified for planning we envisage a range of occupiers and uses will fill the scheme creating a vibrant, exciting experience for visitors, residents and the existing community. From independent café, restaurant and dining experiences to experiential bars, a potential co-working space and organic food shop the possibilities are limitless.
